The Platform is not a financial service, investment product, broker, or regulated trading venue. Participation in Prediction Events does not constitute the purchase of a financial instrument, security, or derivative.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the risks described below.

### Risk Disclosure

Financial Risk

* High-risk activity: Prediction Events are speculative by nature. You may lose 100% of your stake on any single position.
* No guaranteed outcomes: past performance does not indicate future results. The Platform makes no representation that any user will profit.
* You should only participate using funds you can afford to lose entirely.

### Technical and Infrastructure Risks

The Platform relies on blockchain networks and third-party infrastructure. These may experience:

* Software bugs or vulnerabilities
* Oracle delays, outages, or incorrect price data
* Network congestion or failures
* Delayed or failed settlements
* Temporary inability to access balances or features<br>

Oracle and Settlement Risk

* Settlement prices are determined using third-party oracle providers and the Platform’s internal pricing mechanisms, as described in the Terms of Use.
* Oracle feeds may experience latency, outages, or abnormal behavior.
* In extreme market conditions, settlement prices may differ from prices on other platforms. This is a known and accepted feature of the Platform.
* Predium reserves the right to delay or void the settlement of any Prediction Event in case of confirmed oracle malfunction, data anomaly, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the outcome.<br>

Platform Modification and Discontinuation Risk

* The Platform reserves the right to modify Prediction Event conditions, payout rates, and rules at any time, as described in the Terms of Use.
* The Platform may be suspended or discontinued. In the event of discontinuation, Predium will make reasonable efforts to allow users to withdraw available balances prior to shutdown. No guarantee of continued operation is made.

### Nature of the Platform

Predium provides access to Prediction Events. Users predict the outcome of market price movements within a defined time window. Participation does not represent ownership of any underlying asset.

### Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

* You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
* You have the capacity to make independent decisions
* You are not prohibited by local law from accessing similar platforms
* You are using funds you can afford to lose entirely
* You are not a resident or citizen of the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, or any jurisdiction where prediction market platforms are prohibited by law or require licensing<br>

### Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predium and its operators are not liable for:

* Losses from Prediction Events or platform activity
* Indirect or consequential damages
* Loss of profits or opportunities
* Network delays or outages
* Third-party service failures
* Oracle errors or data anomalies
* Force majeure events

*In any case where liability cannot be fully excluded, Predium’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.*

### Regulatory Considerations

* Laws regarding prediction markets, crypto assets, and online platforms vary by jurisdiction.
* You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
* The Platform does not provide regulatory, legal, or compliance advice.

### Acceptance of Risk

By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that:

* You understand the speculative and high-risk nature of Prediction Events
